Make your actions count.

Worry is like a rocking chair.
It will give you something to do,
but it won't get you anywhere.

If you really need a rest than take a rest. 
Give yourself a break from negative thinking and worry and enjoy your day.
 Look for the good. 
Or simply close your eyes and remember the good that has already crossed your path.
If you are in the mood and have the energy to do something, make it positive!
